visa for qatar

My friend got job in qatar. but he left earlier job before 1 and 1/2 year back from Qatar. Did he will get any type of visa for Qatar to join a new job? if yes pls advise. thanks in advance.

he has to wait for 2 yrs b4 any visa will be issued to him.
if he doesn't have a NOC letter from his previous sponsor, he cannot get any type of visa for work (neither Work visa, nor Business visa). he only can come to qatar under family visa, but then he cannot work in qatar. Even as soon as he will apply for the work permit while being on the family visa, they will ask him for NOC letter. Bottom line: NO WORK with other company without NOC letter.

What i've understood from your question is that your friend was working in QATAR some half an year back..right?? and he left that...
So tell us, did he get the WORK VISA by his ex-employer??? If yes, i am sure he would have got ban of 2yrs while leaving the company...NOC is a rare chance in DOHA...
Ask your friend, if he has got any NOC from his previous employer..if yes, well and good..he can come back to qatar and can look for the job again..if not, bit difficult then...
