A personal Visa for 3 months,...!!! i don't know about this.

The time duration for you to get your Medical/finger prints/visa stamp is 3 months. I really doubt that u r on a VISIT VISA for 3 months which is highly impossible.I THINK YOUR VISA MUST BE A WORK VISA which by default is yearly. I think you have been misguided. Please confirm everything again.

Thanks Abbas

What a relief.....

One more think, as Cooker visa is valid for 3 months again the sponsor has to apply for the permanent visa for me before the expiry date. Will that visa can be another profession or the same cooker visa.

I can`t even get transfer to any other employer for better opportunity.

Once again THX......

one more thing....

NOTE: even without finger print, they can cancel you & u can very well go home.

Even after u finish ur finger print & your VISA gets stampped, at any point of time your sponsor can change your VISA type from X to Y. This is permissible.

All the best...

Hi, if u take this seriously u will be in pathetic situation. Its a general practice here that profession & visa type could be different.

1. If you wish to bring your family, u can never do it with this visa type.

2. You cannot even get Family Visit Visa for any of your family members.

I hope you have signed a contract with the company in which the profession is mentioned & your salary & all agreed upon terms & conditions.

This contract will get stamped in labour dept before your VISA is stamped in your PASSPORT. Make sure that you retain a copy of it.

If your visa is a personal visa of a QATARI who has sponsored your company, i think the law is permitting this kind of employment from 2009. If not you can very well approach labor dept & complain them & pack-off from here.

NOTE: even without finger print, they can cancel you & u can very well go home.
