Can anybody tell me if my visa is already applied in immigration office, does it mean that all of my original documents are also submitted to immigration or just the photo copy of it? My visa is already applied to immigration 2 weeks back and still not yet approve. I'm asking the company who hired me about the reason why it is still on hold in immigration but they told me they dont know what is the reason. Is it realy happen in immigration that there is no reason why it was on hold?I'm planning to apply to other company but i'm worried if I can still get all of my original documents. Please kindly advice.

Its working visa. i came here under my brother sponsor (family visit visa) but before that i worked here in qatar and resigned from my job last Dec. 2010 but I do have NOC from my prevous employer.
