Are there any agencies or hotels who can provide tourist or visit visa? I am planning to bring in my fiance's dad as a surprise birthday gift. How much does it usually cost? What is the validity of those visas?

u can get a visit visa at Fahad travel costing QR 600 and his stay is good for one month. You just need to give them his passport copy. The place is located at Ras Abu Aboud beside Al Deera Travel. If you have inquiries you can call Al Deera Travel and just ask for Fahad Travel's number: 4433999.

i prefer to buy her a business visa para mas mabilis. no much requirement needed. same expiry and surely she can come over here...
