I am living in Qatar for last 5 years. My wife and daughter joined me last year and they got their RP. My son is studying in India and is 20 years of age. Every time he comes on visit visa. Can I get his residency permit as he travels Qatar every 3rd month?

You will not be able to get a visa for your 20 year old son under your sponsorship. You should have asked your company to arrange a permanent visa for him.
