I am living in Doha 4yrs back under my husband's visa. we've been divorced several years back. Now, I got a job offer there and soon to file my papers together with my kids under my sponsorship. My ex-husband is banned there due to unpaid bank loans and I think has a pending case. My question is, does it gonna affect my visa processing and specially for my kids coz they are carrying the name of their father.

All you need to get the signatrs from Thair DAD on the papers that He Is Agree about Kids to stay with you and then you will Get it !

No not at all. Your husband's case is not related to you in anyway. Your children will be your dependents under your sponsorship and in now way related to the case of their father.
