Please HELP, anybody have experience VISA issued at DUBAI airport the time of arrival, as my QATAR ID position Technician. Appreciated much your kind help.

NO on arrival visa for Technicians in Dubai.

scan a copy of your qatar visa or residence ID and send it to [email protected] and ask if you qualify for visa on arrival

How about checking directly with the Embassy for details coming from the consular section. Or also you could go to Emirates or Etihad offcies and ask for details on UAE Visas.

If you ask me I would go to the embassy and have a "clear response from the concerned authorities"; because sometimes the public forums only cause more confusion or provide misleading responses.
