Good day my fellow ql members. My visa will expire this coming May 12, its renewable since i am husband sponsor. My problem is my husband visa is already expired last March 27. The company will renew his visa but the problem he lost his passport so now he is on the processing of getting passport. Is it the immigration will accept letter from the company that my husband is still working with them or they really need the passport itself with visa? Thank you for your time!

Thanks for your reply But i am only in family visit visa and my husband RP is expired already last March 27, 2012 and his visa is not yet process because he need to get new passport
