It is heared that in case one has VISA in Qatar, he will not get VISA from any other GCC country unless he cancell the QATAR VISA. Is it right ?

Also can we cancell the Qatar VISA from QATAR embassy in INDIA ?

yes it is right... u can't cancel it from india..after a particular period of time it may expired..

Yes, you can have only one GCC visa at a time. I'm not sure about the second question but I think it is your sponsor who has to cancel your visa.
