Hi to all
need some advice about the visa, i have a work visa issue last july and end of january 2011, my question is when i got the stamp to my passport duration is 3months end validity is january 21,2011. My flight schedule is this week, so it means my duration of stay is like a month only? because of the validity?

omar, this is a main forum... only ENGLISH. if meliza wanted you to speak her language, she could post it in Filipino forum.

Instead of whining buddy, better to follow the rules in this forum. Using all you’re vulgar words really shows where you belong and what kind of breed you are. Its Friday you should be resting I think?

Chillax Buddy…

I'm apologizing to the owner of this thread. I didn't expect some JACKA*S to impede my way of explaining things clearly. Also, I didn't expect JACKA*S to be one of our own "kababayan". Nakakpanginit ng ulo!!! Sorry, apologies!

if it is a WORK VISA, you have to finalize your RP before you are exiting Qatar. You cannot exit Qatar without RP in your passport. If you still want to exit Qatar, and then to come back, you cannot use the same WORK VISA ( as it's for 1 entry only), and your Company has to either issue re-entry visa for you or new Work vissa.

You should know the house rules buddy, you're in the main forum I guess?

WHY? I'm addressing it to a Filipina, and probably she understands my answers clearly than the way she asked her questions. Di ka ba Pilipino para hindi maintindihan?

medyo magulo...

ang pagkaintindi ko, yung validity ng visa mo is up to January 2011. It means, kelangan makadating ka na dito bago dumating yung January kundi mapapaso or mageexpire ang visa mo, or else kukuha ka ulit ng bago. Pagkadating mo dito, you'll be allowed 3 months duration of stay regardless if your visa validity is only up to January 21.

That is what my understanding...

So it means once i enter in qatar this month i can get a new stamp of a 3 months duration of stay which is the stamp of duration of my visa now will end on january 21

I only could understand part of your question.

Your work visa is issued in July 2010, and was valid till end of january 2011. It means that you could enter Qatar any time within this period, between July 2010 and january 2011.

It looks like you entered Qatar somewhere end of October - beginning of November.

Now, once you entered Qatar, previous validity of work visa is expired, and new stamp of entry is stamped in your passport, which is valid for 3 months. It means you had to issue your RP within these 3 months.

After that I got lost. have you finished your RP? If you leave Qatar without finalizing your RP, you either have to get re-entry visa, or the company will have to issue a new work visa for you.
