hi..... i am an mba joining a new company in sales and mktg. they said they dont have a sales manager visa but for time being has Indian Driver visa which they said can be changed after six months upon showing my educational documents and salary silps.... Plz let me know if this can be done or I would be in big trouble if i let this happen?

well i was bit disapointed until i saw u guys advice... so i think i shd join the company.... i have got my degree certificates attested so tat wont be a prob.... i wanted to get my parents here n qatar nd tats y i was a bit worried abt the visa.....

they can easily change your visa then.. not a big deal.. our account's visa is of carpenter.. ;)

Mine was Electrical Technician.. then company changed it with in two months. but it depend upon the relation and source of company in ministry of labor also.. the minimum time for changing profession is 1 years, but as i told you if they have some reference they will do it before only on 200 Rayals..

Yes it can be done, u just need to provide attested educational certificates. On drivers visa u might face pbm to get Family visa incase if u want to bring u r family to Qatar.

hi friend, please be very careful with these type of dealings. they may put you as driver also. Arab is 50 years behind the western world. First of all do you they know what's MBA? even me also a MBA from ICFAI but boss does not know what is it all about, i'm getting the same salary as other people who are with basic education and 1 year experience. When i questioned him he give me typical Arab bullshit answer. Then I understood best thing to go back i don't like it.
