Visa Cancellation : Offered a Place but didn't joined in Qatar

I had declined one of the offers as there were too many issue with the visa type and institution strength. However, they send me the visa, which i don't intend to use.

What is the procedure to cancel such workvisa, also what will be the issues if i want to come back later onward to Qatar with different institution.

As, I havn't used the visa issued by the institutions. What are the repercussion in future i can face as i didn't came in first place.
