My visa has been cancelled and had a stamp of cancel on passport on 12Feb and I exit Qatar on same day..now I'm in India . New company is giving offer now my question is can I get the New Visa. Or I have to wait for how many months .. The expiry date of my previous visa was 12 Nov 2015. But my company cancelled it before and send me back to India.Do I still need the NOC?

yes..2 years ban if no NOC...

YES , you must need an NOC to join the new company.........

dude you cant get another work visa for 2 years if your company has cancelled your visa without giving you an NOC. And if you need to join another company you need an NOC for sure.
