There is no Visa required for new Born baby upto 90 Days.

How ever Mother should have valid Visa.

After arrival on baby passport they will stamp, for 14 days validity. With in 14 days you can get Visa for your baby, by just submitting her Passport, and Photo copy of your RP. no other documents required

The baby can enter Doha without visa upto 90 days beyond that visa is required, once the baby enters DOha visa can be stamped, this is the procedure and i have gone through this procedure and my baby entered Doha when my babies age was 78 days, So plan accordingly.
