I am an Engineer working in Qatar...But in my work visa its stamped as Program Designer...If i need to go to dubai will i get an visa on arrival?

Program Designer visa is included in the lists of profession that enjoys visa on arrival in all GCC countries.. you are lucky!

NO...only engineers and doctor can get visa on arival... as mention in the pataka...majority in all GCC country...
