Hi me and my wife are planning to go to Dubai for 3 days. We inquire in Fly Dubai and they told me that i can get a visa upon arrival @ Dubai Airport.
My Profession in my pataka is fany mekaniki ( Mechanic Technician ). Anyone knows if the fly dubai is credible and i can hold about they are saying?
But when i checked in Emirates they told me that i cannot get, but the explanation from Fly Dubai they have different list and they showed it to me.
We are just a little worried maybe upon arrival to DXB aiport i cannot get a visa.
Please advice i need help. I tried to search the list of professions in the internet but i cannot find it.
Chseshi, is the bestdubaiholidays visa u get is the transit visa? How many days u can stay in Dubai for the visa?
my friend, no need of all these. go for yahoo tours on goole, they charge 135 USD and u ill get visa in5working days.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
1)colour passport copy scanned first and last page
2)QATAR ID colour scan
3)1 passport photo colour scan
remember ur passport & QATAR ID must be valid for more than 3 months.
its simple. have a nice trip & dubai is a very fantastic place to enjoy.
emirates airline does not allow me to go on board with them w/out visa. I need to get visa from them that cost me 1800 riyals compare to 500 riyals from Flydubai. and they need an NOC lettter from the company but unfortunately my boss is out of the country and no one can sign.
there is nothing to do with your boss or your company, the Ground Staff check in desk Emirates Airline give piece of paper and ask your signature.

@ndret are you sure about this? I am flying via fly dubai not with emirates, emirates told me i cannot get VOA.
I have problem getting a letter from our company because my boss is out of the country.
YES ! your profession on QID as FANNY is eligible to get Visa On Arrival,
i went dubai with emirates airlines 4x, last one just couples of days ago with my profession as Fanny (in arabic). at the checkin desk, the emirates ground staff were asked to sign piece of paper which is agreement in between passenger & airlines statement says not to responsible and at your own risk any case of dubai refuse you to obtain VoA at the airport, just sign the paper and finished, fly to dubai..
i have recently travelled dubai for visit, before that i have enquired emirates and they said i cant get visa on arrival, so i got a visa prior from www.bestdubaiholidays.com. on arrival at dubai i enquired with DUBAI IMMIGRATION STAFF once again, they saw my pathaka and said i am not eligible. so its better to enquire if flydubai will assist you in attaining visa. if not dont take chance.
if u apply visa from here through website its only 135USD.
i suggest call dubai immigration dept located at dubai airport and ask them directly.
but imagine if they don't allow you to get in Dubai, what will you do? Why take a risk when you can apply for one here! Just a suggestion!
Only professional visa can avail of the visa upon arrival in the GCC. I'm not putting down your visa in QID, however, as I've said only with professional visa can have the entitlement of visa upon arrival. Better clarify with Fly Dubai maybe they have an agreement with the immigration. Dubai is a great place, go and grab if it's true.
but this is what flydubai said to me, i confirmed to them twice in person and they showed me there list of profession and he even called also @ dubai airport.
Its very complicated the laws here.
i doubt if you will get a visa on arrival. Mechanics / technicians dont get visa on arrival.
