Urgent - Wife came over on a residency permit that my work were sorting out, giving a date of 26th May, once here, she has gone through medical and awaiting finger printing,but now due to personal reasons has decided not to stay and wants to go home in next couple weeks, does she need a visa now, or one to leave?
