My friend's wife and children are in bangladesh his family suppose to come yesterday but issue raised that his three children are registered in mother passports they have already qatari RP they went to visit their native, but in DHAKA AIRPORT THEY TOLD THEM THEY CANNOT TRAVEL BECAUSE THE CHILDREN PICTURES ARE NOT IN MOTHER PASSPORT I HEARD THIS RULE FIRST TIME THEY SAID THIS IS NEW LAW CHILDREN PICTURE SHOULD BE IN MOTHER'S PASSPORT I AMAZED IF THIS WAS A RULE THEN HOW COME THEY LET THEM TO travel FROM QATAR AIRPORT before two months only.

Please advise what should be the steps
