my 2year contract is over last month. i am leaving qatar next week. i cancelled my first year vacation.Now my employer is giving first year vacation salary only & not my first year flight fare. He says that because of cancellation by me he will not pay the first year flight fare money. Please advice.

Even agreed for an yearly ticket, choice of encashing flight ticket is upto the employer. You may claim a ticket if travelling on agreed conditions.
