URGENT RESIGNATION
Hi Everyone!
I just want to seek an advice regarding resignation.
I'm currently employed in an engineering company. I was joined in the company last December 2011. Already 3 1/2 months working. I just want to tender my resignation urgently for some personal and work matters. I already signed a contract ( which is unlimited duration. )I took already medical examination, fingerprinting and blood grouping. But until now, I don't have my Qatar ID. My question is if i will submit my resignation, could there be a conflict in immigration since i still don't have my ID and my passport still don,t have a stamp of RP? I know I need to wait for 30 days to be able to meet what was discussed in the contract...but if they refused to accept my resignation, what will I do? I'm not happy now working in this company because of super delayed salary and also the working environment.

my probation period is 6 months based on the contract. Based on the contract, i need to pay the expenses shouldered by the employee ( visa, airfare, medical, etc.) Do you have any idea how much it will cost all the expenses? Does the 1 month notice / 1 month salary will be fine for the expenses? The only thing i'm not sure is about the stamp of RP in passport. Until now I don't have the stamp and ID. Is there any conflict once I resign in the company without having these? Will I be the one who need to pay for the days extended since the work permit was already due last February?
No problem with the ticket. I don't just want to waste time here in a company without a proper management.

Kindly read your contract in 1st case. You can submit your resignation at your own willings and resign from the company during probation period by giving 3 days notice. Incase your probation period is just 3 months then by default you are confirmed employee of the organisation.
In the above case you need to provide to company 1 month notice of resignation or 1 month salary pay.
Incase you contract says there will be any recruitment charges then you will also have to bear that pro rata basis.
Since you have not completed minimum 1 year of your service you will not be entittled for any benefits. Ticket you will have to arrange to go back to your country
