No need to go for second time once you have left Qatar. Better work somewhere else. Qatar don't deserve to be some one go there again. Many people are leaving for various reasons. Qatar is very small-out there very large world is waiting for you... explore!
I have previously worked in Qatar before returning to the UK. I am travelling to Qatar on business and was advised that without a NOC, which I have now been given by my previous employer, I would not gain entry into Qatar. I also have to apply for a visa before travelling as I not elegble to buy one at Doha airport.
if you cant get NOC then no hope to be at another country unless you spend 2 years in ur home country....and they wer talkin bout making it 5 years instead, im not sure if its applied so far !!
