Urgent: Is my family's RP cancelled if I change sponsorship?

My family is currently out of the country for summer vacation. If I change my employer (sponsor) and transfer RP to the new employer, can my family keep their existing RP as I am their sponsor, or do they have to come back before the transfer? If it is cancelled, can I apply for their RP later? Will highly appreciate for your input. Thanks.

Your family's RP will not get cancelled, my husband changed company's last year and due to some issue the transfer to the new company got delayed but I still had no problems getting in and out of Doha.
