hi all
i get new offer job by new company in MEA area for abu dabi but after interview they offer me to stay with them here in Qatar but i already told them that my current company will not issue to me NOC , they told that they can issue a business visit visa and I have to Leav Qatar each 6 month to get new visit visa that true and did also true the Engineer can come back after 6month without NOC for new job

ya u r right but i have UAE work visa and drive license i have and what i can do with such comapny thought that buy us i do not have freedom , and every 1 month to weeks some time change manager or engineer and send them out with out NOC i can request from new company to work in uae but here i have family and pay me more

You are the one to decide what is good for you and what is not.

If your wife would take care of such things then you can live. You would not have license and can not drive so your wife would drive for you.

You would be in slightly ackward position but if you can live like that then what I can say.

Its all up to you. If you ask me then I can not live like this.

ya i know i can not come back on work visa but by business vist visa i can work with the company and for other like bank accounet rent will be in my wife name sice she have working visa in differents copany

do u agree with me in this issue

No you can not come on work visa even after 6 months. They mean to say that they would keep getting new business or visit visa for you after every 6 months and you have to go on exit and enter country on new visa. On these kind of visas you would face difficulties and you would not get privilages like residents.
