I'm new in this forum and I need your help. Do you have any one that can help me to transfer my VISA / RP to my husband. Honestly with all imigration/labour dept procedure / policy it was very complicated and frustrating.

I have 3 kids here with us here in Qatar. And my problem is I got terminated with my job and they have to cancel my visa so they told me to transfer it to my husband sponsorship and they give me NOC letter. But my husband cannot sponsor me because the labour dept just rejected our application twice because of his salary is low. And the labour required Qr4,500 for the salary. And i cannot go back to my home country because of my children and also i have a loan in the bank. And i don't want to go home.

Maybe anybody knows ? I don't know what to do. Please let me know. Please .. please.. please

Lamborjeepney : Actually I am hired with one company and they want me to finish my visa for one month. Because they required husband/father sponsor.

Charansoi: thanks for ur reply. Can you please tell me how to contact Ms. Marina.

Tresgandas : thanks for your uplifting advice.

Sajjadsa : thanks…administrative asst/ secretary

Mariam-mar: They want me to finish it for 2months and my 1 month is finished this month. And I should be under my husband sponsor so I can take the offer from the other company as this will help us also with my loan in the bank.

Thanks for all your reply and concern. God Bless you all.

pam if your company can't sponsor your visa, given that you are also finding difficulty to gain sponsorship from your husband...look for a job that would sponsor you....

if i am right, Filipino ka? ..hindi ko advice sa'yo ang maghanap ng wasta...minsan mahirap ang kapalit..(just my piece of advice)..:)

thanks for ur reply appreciate it...

I found a new job but they need under husband/father sponsor. My husband company gave him NOC to sponsor me but they cannot give us a contract of Qr4500.

By anonymous• 29 Jan 2008 07:49

I've known companies who bluff about the salary... ie. they may be paying people less than 4500... but they give a salary letter stating that the salary is 4500 and they even deposit the amount in regular intervals and then draw it back... the employee can then show the salary certificate and the money being deposited in the bank as proof to obtain a family visa...

Meanwhile, your best bet is to find a company that would be willing to sponsor you...

mlsk123

you better find a new job, then that company will sponsore you...if you are not willing to work here then, only the option is get help from your husband company...like if they can confirm that your husband is drawing a salary of 4500qtr per month (salary confirmation letter)there wont be any problem...

or there was a one company they were selling free visa. just check in the classified ad in qatarliving....
