Travel requirements of my family

Just want to ask of my fellow kabayans....Filipinos
I'll bring my wife and 3 kids here in Qatar soon under my visa, what are the actual requirements for us to prepare, does my family needs a medical test in the philippines specially my wife? Is there passport need to be stamped first by qatar embasssy? do we still need an agency for this?
