Transfer sponsorship upon marriage?

I currently work for one of the government ministries, if I got married, is it possible to transfer my sponsorship to be under my husband's i.e. that of a family visa and continue working for them? Or would I have to resign from them and find another job? Or would they refuse to transfer my sponsorship altogether and then I would be forced to leave the country?!?!
As I understand, until you are employeed you will remain in your companies sponsership, the day you decide to quit the job, you can apply for transfer of sponsership.
Until then you both will remain in your own companies sponsership. This is for a reason that, in any unexpected situation, if your hustand has to leave the country, your visa will still remain valid until you are in your companies sponership...
I hope you get the point, for further clarification please talk to your Public Relation Officer in your company.
The wise person has long ears and a short tongue.
You can transfer anytime to your husbands sponsorship. Don't worry.
