anyone have idea for the requirements needed by the CID for the transfer of sponsorship (father to employer)? aside from the NOC from my dad and the clearance certificate (NBI) from my country? is authenticated Transcript, Board Certificate, Diploma and other credentials needed???? please please help...

All your certificates should be attested by your embassy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Qatar.

Nothing more except copy of your dad's ID card. Prepare the form for sponsorship transfer and the rest your employer's PRO will do. Good Luck.
