my boss is also good. but i do not trust him when this noc matter comes and as LP said slavery that is 100% right

never never take rizk of looking a job and then going to ur boss. he can do anything like cancel ur visa. so first check with ur mandoob or direct boss. but ask in a political way so he does not doubt ur looking for another job.

i faced a hell when i transferred to another company

It's not 'loss', it's 'slavery'!!

Kinberly...take the advise from imtiaz...there is no assurance that you'll be given a NOC by company, even if the manager is that good.

By anonymous• 3 Apr 2011 13:06

first check with your boss or mandoob and be 100% sure if the company gives NOC. if u feel with confident, yes they will give then look for another job and get an offer letter from them and then after that rest procedures.

remember, again i say VERY VERY VERY RARELY PRIVATE COMPANIES GIVE NOC. the reason about this noc is that if one person ask for an NOC then all will start asking and this is loss for the company.

yes, it is required...but employment visa to family, not required. if things had changed from the last time i transferred my wife, then i'd stand corrected.

hi guys.. i want to transfer my sponsorship now to other company sponsorship also.

so what do i need to do first. find job first and if i have offer letter form other company thats the time i will tell to my boss?

or

finish my contract for 2 years and after that i will get an noc and i will try to find job again, but i think only one month they can give me until i can find job.:(

what if her boss object her for searching a new job while she is still in the current company. doing this is a big big rizk. he can even cancel her NOC. so go first to ur boss and ask him or ask to ur HR or mandoob.

kinberly, check with ur mandoob if they give NOC.

i remember when our ex-secretary was in her uncle sponsor and she wanted to transfer to our company sponsor, her uncle had given a NOC to her and then after that it was transferred.

imtiaz...i agree. but even if she is under company sponsorship, her transfer to husband does not require any NOC because it falls under non-employment visa, hence NOC is not required. If ever she gets transferred inshallah, she needs to secure a labor card from the department if she will work. i did that to my wife 2 years back...i don't know if things had changed.

Find a job first, get offer letter and request your boss to provide you with NOC. Once you join the new company, the NOC must already prepared by your old company. Your new company will tell you other requirements they need for the transfer like Computer ID of your previous co. etc. You need to have NBI Clearance from Philippines, ribboned and authenticated by DFA in the Philippines and Stamped by Philippine Embassy here in Qatar and attested by Foreign Affairs of Qatar.

for kinberly to transfer to her husband, her husband should first meet the requirements right.

but kinberly is not in her husband sponsor. she is in company working currently. in qatar where ever ur transfering u need an noc from current to the new.

imtiaz...the only person required to produce NOC is the husband. Transfer of working to family visa DOES NOT require NOC. It's the same as sending your wife home and you apply for a resident visa under your name...no NOC required.

Let me add one more thing...to change to ur husband sponsor the minimum requirement is QR 7000 as mentioned by coel and without this the labor will not approve it.

for husband sponsorship u need NOC from current company

very rarely private companies give an NOC . 5 in 100. now for example, if you look for a new job and then ask for an NOC, ur boss will say no it is not our policy and he will doubt at u and will remove u from the company and then choice but ban for 2 years.

in my case i got the NOC first and then looked for a job. now u mentioned they do not have an idea then u should check in a very political way with ur boss if they give NOC.

believe me go step by step. again i say check with ur boss first for an noc and then look for another job

Kinberly...husband sponsorship does not require NOC. You can transfer anytime, provided that your husband's basic salary does not fall below 7000.

You need to apply this in the labor department (i don't know if process had changed), with your husband's NOC from company allowing him to sponsor you, degree certificate attested by DFA, Embassy and MOI, 6 months bank statement, Labour contract and company ID.

hi... they dont have idea also if the company will give noc. they just told me that our boss is good. and i think if there is some company will give me an offer letter which is higher in my salary now, maybe they will give me.

so i need to find first a job then tell to my boss then get a husband sponsorship form?

first ask your current company in general if they give NOC. if yes then look for another job. if no then same company. do not ask directly the boss. ask some mandoob or any old staff inside about this
