After working for more than 30 months my company A gave me release and NOC for Company B which i submitted all legal documents.Company B processed the transfer and approved but not completely because my passport not yet submitted, consequently another job offer from Company C appeared and i accepted because it is better than Co.B then i talked to Co.B with kind heart and agreed not to proceed the transfer provided that i will shoulder the cost they spent during the processing which i agreed. Then Co. C is asking NOC and transfer form from Co.A and Co.B Can anybody suggest or give any opinion on this matter?

Have u included NBI with red ribbon in ur transfer papers? If so, is it with Phil embassy stamp?

Still need the NOC. First, it is for ur own protection. Second, immigration will still ask about it. Better safe than sorry. Get all the papers that u can get as ur situation is very complicated. Also, can u pls PM me about ur mandoob's number bcoz i might wanna give him some extra income especially if he has some connection there.

Hi robherr,

Finally the transfer paper from A to C was submitted to immigration which was successfully stamped. Now B was also wrote a letter of cancellation to immigration which im sure will be approved also because of B mandoub has connection inside. Now my question is im about to submit the transfer form to C when i asked about the NOC but my old Comp A said no need for NOC to C. I am confused does it really not need NOC to C?? I really want this job from C so i want everthing to be smooth until final transfer. Pleaae need your opinion on this.

First u ask company A a generic NOC meaning no particular company stated instead "any company" must be stated in the NOC. Second, u need to submit first the transfer papers of C to the immigration or the Captain who will cancel it to the system to avoid floating status.

Thank you so much robherr and all of you guys.

My comp B said he will make a letter to immigration for cancellation but my question is does Comp A needs to issue NOC first to Comp C before the cancellation because im worried when Comp B cancelled will my sponsorship be Comp A again or i will be in floating situation?

Additional comments from you guys with good heart is well appreciated. I really need that good job from Comp C.

Tell company A that company B will not transfer you and you found company C and give the offer letter for company C no need to go to immigration company A can give new NOC, based on my experince I cancelled 5 companies before trnsferring to my new sponsor. good luck

also you need to ask company B all the papers that company A gave them with the stamp of company B cancelled

Company B must write a formal letter that they are cancelling the transfer. The letter is address to the immigration and must be submitted to the captain. Then if the captain accepted it and cancel it from the system, no need for the NOC from B. The transfer will be direct from A to C.
