I will be very thankful if any veteran of doha clarify my confusion.
One of my friend bangladeshi has been working in a construction company for 2 and half years as a technician. Now he got release and want to join a reputed money exchanger company. The mandoob of exhange company said the company needs extra one bangladeshi visa to show in emmigration then transfer of sponsirship will possible. Can anyone answer? is it new rule? or what is the fact?
Many thanks in advance.

thanks to all of you who have responded me with valuable suggestions/advises with contradictions. but i came to this conclusion now that first of all i must consult to the immigration depratment before starting any process to confirm wheather they have changed the rule of transfer or the same rule as 2 years ago applicable nowadays, that no visa required to show for transfer of sponsorship.

The bangladeshi guy is very poor and i am helping him to get this good job of good package and i am the person who brought him from his coutry without any interest and compensation. So i dont want him to be suffered unnecessarily.

Again thanks a lot to all the responders.

of course mandoop is right! ANY company has the approved visas QUOTA for certain nationality+position. For example, the Company is approved for 2 canadian managers, 3 indian enjineers, 4 bangladeshi workers, and so on. It looks like this Company doesn’t have a quota for bangladeshi visa yet, and therefore has to apply for it in order to hire bangladeshi employee. Normal procedure. Nothing strange. Hopefully bangladeshi visa will be approved and your friend will complete transfer of sponsorship.

Yes, the mandoob is right. The company must have approval for Bangaladeshi visa to allow Transfer of sponsorship.

Well, for starters, those who responded initially doesn't have any idea about the immigration policy.

Secondly, all visa being applied requires a nationality. Every company will be allowed certain number of visa, and that will be applied for how many and nationalities they preferred to hire.

The company where i work runs out of Indian Visa, that's why all my new colleagues have to exit to Bahrain every 3 months. There was a time here when Jordanian visa has been stopped. It's not a new law...they are just not aware of it, yet be boastful enough to brag about their ignorance. I am not a mandoop. It just so happen that i've been here long enough for me to know this things. Also, my family's visa (from my daughter to my wife to my sister/parents), i applied and processed myself.

The mandoop is saying the right thing. they cannot use and Indian visa to hire a Bangladeshi, nor use it to hire other nationalities. they needed to apply and get the approval from government before they can start hiring.

just my 2 cents.

Either the Mandoob is ignorant or he is lying.

WELL MATE I HEARD THAT FIRST TIME THAT U HAVE TO SHOW CONCERN NATIONALITY TO CHANGE SPONSOR SHIP ITS VERY SIMPLE TO CHANGE SPONSOR SHIP CHANGE AS UR FRIEND IS ALREADY HOLDING A VISA SO THERE IS NO POINT TO SAY THAT IT REQUIRED ONE MORE VISA TO SHOW IMMIGRATION TO CHANGE THE SPONSOR SHIP THEY DON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEM TO CHANGE WHAT EVER THE NATIONAL IS IT. MAY THIS MANDOOB IS REALLY NEW GUY WHO REALLY DON'T KNOW HOW TO CHANGE SPONSOR SHIP OR MIGHT BE HE GET CONFUSE ABOUT UR FRIEND VISA STATUS MAY BE HE THINK THAT UR FRIEND JUST ARRIVED BACK IN NEW VISA AND STILL NOT STAMP ON PASSPORT IN THAT CASE CHANGING SPONSOR SHIP REQUIRED ONE VISA SHOULD AVAILABLE IN REPUTED EXCHANGE. I HOPE THAT WILL HELP U TO GET BACK TO THE MANDOOB AND CONVINCE TO GET PROPER INFORMATION FROM IMMIGRATION.

Your mandoop is stupid, what kind of rule is this? this rule only for your mandoop. Just to show someone visa to change the sponsorship??!!, he can easily change if he completed with his present company for 2 years.
