I would like to know a solution for the following:

1. A person is working for a government organization and is also a partner in a company registered in qatar.

2. He has resigned from his job in the Gov Dept and has not been allowed an NOC to transfer his sponsorship.

3. How can he stay in Qatar to manage his business?

4. How can he obtain an investor/partner visa to stay in qatar.

5. Will he have to wait for 2 years to re-enter the country and obtain a visa?

I know its pretty hard to answer but any assistance would be appreciated.
