I am on the way to transfer family visit visa to permanent for my wife and 2 kids,I have cancelled visit and transfer it to permananet by payng fees of QR 500 for each passport. I have finished medical for all ,and finger print of my wife. Now I will go to passport office with their passport, My question is is it necessary to fill any form for permanent RP for them? or only finger print form original passport and photo is enough.

Go to a typing center with your medical report, photo & passport, they will type in an application form for you. This form along with the passport should be submiited at immigration and within 2 min you will get your RP for your family.
