Tourist Visa Requirements

I will be starting work on a Work Visit for 3 months and during this time I would like my wife and daughter to stay/visit. She is Australian. I understand that she can get a Visitor Visa at the airport, but what are the requirements ?
1. Does she need a return ticket ?
2. Does she need proof of a hotel (what if I am in a compund) ?
3. Does she need 5000QR or internation credit card ?
Any information would be greatly appreciated....

Thanks

My parents came recently (they have been numerous times before), but on this last visit they were issued a 1 month visa on arrival for 100 riyals. Normally it has been 3 weeks for 55 riyals and then renewing for another week at 55 riyals.

So hopefully, they will be able to get this too.

You don't pay for the visa by cash, it needs to be by credit card.

Make sure your family have all your contact details, mobile number especially.

Not once have our parents been asked about hotels, money accommodation etc.

Good Luck

You should bring:

1. Valid Passport

2. Money to pay the Visa

Cheers!

Just the passport and money to pay the fees. Friends of ours (British and Irish) came a couple of weeks ago and no questions were asked about a hotel booking or the ticket. A credit card is advisable but definitely not $5000. That's to deter less savory characters.
