TOURIST VISA RENEWAL??? Urgent Pls!

I just want to ask. My friend's tourist visa just expired yesterday but she was just hired today by one company. What will she do next? I know its illegal to stay after visa has expired. Will she just stay coz Immigration said that as tourist visa she cannot renew and can only come back after 3 months? What will we do?

Pay the fine, ask the company for the work visa, fly out and back in the same day and on landing present your work visa to passport control and enter the country on the work visa. The new company will process the RP then you're completely legal!

FRIEND, IF HER COMPANY IS PROVIDING HER WORK VISA IMMEDIATELY,NO ISSUE,WHEN TAKING THE VISA,SHE WILL HAVE A MINIMUM FINE FOR ILLEGAL STAY..BUT SHE SHOULD BE CAREFULL THESE DAYS WHILE TRAVELLING..CAUSE SHE HAS NO VALID DOCUMENTS,THEN TOURIST VISA CAN BE RENEWED UPTO 60 DAYS.. THAT IS SURE..BUT BEFORE EXPIRY ONLY...NOW NOT POSSIBLE.
