Hello!

I'm really desperate.I am a resident of Latvia which IS a member of European Union. Yet we do not have the embassy of the State of Qatar here. And the thing is that I want to go to visit my friend in Doha and I do not know what type of visa I need and where I can get it,because I was rejected Joint Tourist Visa on www.gov.qa and I cannot obtain Tourist visa through Qatar Airways because I am not gonna stay at the hotel nor have I sponsors in Doha.

please,anyone,be so kind and help me out.Thanks in advance!
