My friend this is the way how to obtain a tourist visa.

Go to the Airport Immigration (timing 7 am - 2 PM)

Bring with you:

your passport copy

ID copy

passport copy of the visitor

Fillup a form (Tourist visa form)available in the counter and attached the requirements above then proceed to a room where the Captain is seeting and obtained his approval, once he signed the form proceed to counter Nos. 6 - 10 for processing of visa and pay QR. 100 by an ATM and the teller will issue a receipt for printing of the visa from the website of MOI after 1 or 2 days.

Hope this helps..

u shld go to ur HR dept and ask them to assist u- sometimes they can do it for u and u just pay.

and do mane sure that she will have the copy of her visa with her, as sometimes they ask for it in the country where she is flying form.

it is not expensive, check out the MOI web site and Doha airport web site (anyhow they will let u know in ur HR dept about it)

good luck!

There are many ways to send a visa, in fact you do not need to send the visa because it is already availble at the airport based on the passport number, other ways are save it in PDF and email or fax it it is very simple. But I am sure this was not your question, you may want t get a visa from the ministry then elaborate yr question before posting and read it yourself as you were in the place of the members of QL.
