Time gap between 2 visa transfers

I resigned from my previous company during February 2011 and the visa transfer to my current company happned in June 2011.
Now i've a better offer from a 3rd employer.

Is it still possible to tranasfer the visa again within one year time frame ??

If not, what is the time frame for tranfer ?

or will it only depend on my sponsor's will, when & when not to release me to another company ??

It is possible after June 2012 if you get NOC from the present Employer.
