Is there a posibility a husband sponsor visa get rejected base on his position title in the company?
I am a Maintenance Supervisor in our company, and on a Family status, My company applied for my wife visa and got rejected by labour dept. (twice). A friend of mine follow up with labour and he thinks that it is because of my Title?
Is there a list of Title that the Labour Dept. only approved?
3 issues that matters:
* Take home income
* Profession
* Nationality
Yes, I think there is definitely a list of job titles who are eligible for family visa.
It's not the title you have in the Company, but the job title stated in your Pataqa. Ask someone who reads and understands Arabic to read your Job title. Technicians and above can sponsor, provided their salary meets the requirement. Laborer/Driver title, even if your salary is beyond the minimum requirement, cannot.
