I'm about to finish my contract in one of the korean company, I'm planning to find another job before my contract ends. Is there a law that will bond me to work with another company after my contract? Do I need a NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE so my next employer can apply for my visa?

yes you would require a NOC from your previous employer.
