Is there any rule that visit visa holder cant apply for any job? I have been in Qatar for one month and applied for many jobs. But nobody is calling me for an interview.

Applying for jobs is not illegal, but once you get a job somewhere...your employer will have to arrange a work visa for you before you start working for him/her. Doing job having a visit visa is illegal of course.

i believe its not about a rule or something but i think its your qualifications and experience that matters most to an employer. In IT position its really quite hard to find a job here in Qatar nevertheless just keep trying. good luck!
