Is there any rule in transferring of qadama visa to company visa with the same employer?
I just want to inquire or at least get an opinion with the current situation of my friend.
She is now working in Doha as office staff, few days after her arrival her employer give her a qadama visa telling that it will be transferred to company visa (same employer) after 180days or at least 6months. After 9months of working there she made a follow up regarding that matter and now the company is telling her that there's already new rule that the transferring of personal visa to company visa can only be made after 2yrs.
My queries are:
1. Is there any such rule?
2. Is there really a chance of transferring her visa to company visa with the same employer or the company just giving her false hope?
3. What is the difference between the qadama visa compare to other visas? with regards to the privileges and benefits?
4. What if the company will not really transfer her visa to company visa? Can she file a complain? Where and how?
5. If ever she will file a complain is there any chance for her to win the case? How can my friend protect her rights?
Though the company is giving the agreed salary (including the free transpo and housing allowance? She is still bother because she never signed any contract from them as of now.

"She is now working in Doha as office staff",, ILLEGAL, because expatriates under Domestic (Qadama) visa is not allowed to work in any company. 2: The rule is since long time, that you can change your sponsership only after 2 year for the first time. but, Domestic visa is not transfereable to company visa, but, you can transfer Domestic visa only if the sponser is same.3: Domestic (Qadama) visas are only for House work, like Baby sitter Etc.4: Yes she can file a Case against her current sponser, but becarefull she will not get anything by doing this, & will be cancle soon from here. Since 9 months they did'nt signed any contract and hiring staff for a specified on Qadama Visa.

your friend can change her visa with ina 6 months cuse when ur friend come under this employer visa they can change any time khaddama to office
but when they want to change office to khaddama this time they want 6 months
