Is there any chance for a Kadama Visa holder can come back here in Qatar anytime?

Hello Guys...

A friend of mine who is working here in Qatar for 7 years ,holding a kadama visa, wants to resign from her company. Her sponsor is the owner of the company she's working.

Is there any chance that she can come back here in Qatar anytime?

Please help us to know what to do about this issue.

What if her sponsor will cancel her kadama visa and she has the NOC. Can she find a job in the company?Thanks a lot guys...

she can come back anytime but, sad to say she will only be considered for this position for life. same thing for house drivers.this is the law here. if you have a kadama visa you cannot work outside of the house.

Sheng, if that friend of yours can convince the Sponsor to issue a NOC then he/she can comeback at any time.However if your friend can not manage to get a NOC then he/she has to complete a 2 yr ban before coming back to Qatar.These are the rules.Regards
