I want to bring my brother here in qatar thru a family visit visa and his age now is 30 years old. Someone is saying that there is age limit for sponsoring my brother. Is this true?

It means, it depends on the mood and not the requirements. This kind of culture must be change.

there is an age restriction. but it doesn't concern ur brother. what really matters is the attitude of the officer present. my sister was able to bring my mother even if she was 68 last time she was here.my friends' husband can't bring his brothers here. and he is working in qp. my sister only works in hamad

Age limit is up to 65 years old depending on what nationality you are and company you work for.If you are a westerner then there is no age limit applied but if you are asian, that depends on how big your salary and company are. It also matters to which person you are going to meet at the immigration, I mean it all depends in their mood. I was able to get my 40 year old brother and I am asian. Good luck to you.
