im michael working here in qatar and im planning to buy a ticket for kuwait airlines going to philippines, i want to ask if i took 9hrs stop over in kuwait airport can i go outside of the kuwait evethough i do not have a visa,,because i have a friend there that i want to visit.is there any amount i will pay ?

You can't exit airport without visa ,You need to take an on arrival visa if your profession is approved by kuwait immigration ,better check with airlines for latest procedure.
