Its not Indian Cultural Centre - Please update the Article by writing INDIAN EMBASSY (which is in Al Hilal - Near Aster Clinic) - First I went to Indian Cultural Centre too for passport of my new born but they turned me away saying that for Passport of new born, I must submit the documents at Indian Embassy.

Reach there early morning to avoid very very very very long queue. They tell you to come after 10 days to collect passport in Evening. Please reach there well before 4:00 PM to avoid very very very long queue. Both times you will find very long queues. Make sure that you have enough copies of the documents as there will be very very very long queue at the Xerox counter too. Parking is also key issue which you can avoid by reaching early. Very very very Best of Luck. :)

Great informative stuff for all. Thanks a lot bro.

Additional Info. Does any of the locally issued document like women's hospital issued booklet and birth certificate needs attestation from MOFA( Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
