Sponsorship transfer?! - I've been working for the company only 3 months.
I've been in working in a private company here in Qatar for 3 months now, and I am about to resign.
The good news is that I am getting a NOC.
The only issue that is bothering me is that I am not finishing my 1 year period with my current employee.
So my question is that will this create problems to me for transferring my sponsorship to my eventual new employee?
1. I am ready to leave Qatar for a short period of time, if it helps something.
2. What if I get employed by a Q Company, government or a highly reputed international company? Can they do the transfer (using their name and reputation or even some ‘wasta’) without me leaving the country (Qatar)?
Thank you,
Thnx Sonia,
What I meant with 'i can leave Qatar for some time' is that I have read somewhere that if one goes to his home country and applies for a new visa with the new employer (of course with NOC from old employer) it is possible to get the visa even before 1 (or 2) years of working time with the last employer.
So, do you think it is a way out from this situation?
Middleast, sponsorship can be transfered only if an employee has worked for their original sponsor for minimum 2years(correct me if i am wrong)..
1. What do you meant by this that you are ready to leave QATAR for sometime??
2. That doesn't work in favour always..But you can try your luck..check few links below:
