Salary limit for family visa is QR 7000/month. However, if the housing is taken care of by the company, then a lower salary will also get consideration.

The second part of your question is not clear but I'll try to help. If both of you are having work visa, anyone of you can sponsor your son. He'll get a resident family visa and the same rule of 6 months exit time will apply to him.

Hello,

1-There is a minimum 7.000 Qatari Riyal salary requirement for you to sponsor your family. This is by the labor department. However, i don't know if they already made revision in the current recruitment law, but they were planning to accept lower salaries if the employer provides accomodation to employee.

2-If i am understanding correctly, your baby is now outside Qatar. In order to bring your baby to Qatar, you must have your family visa and you must sponsor your family. You can not do it by work visas. For the details, try to get more info from your company PRO.

All the best,
