To whom it may concern,

I am a university student in the united arab emirates with residentship but my sponsor is my father not my universiy, I am 17 years old and I wanna ask if I would be allowed to get in qatar if I bring a signed testimonial from my sponsor (my father) that he allows me to travel. please let me know as people told me its not possible I need my father with me.

Please note I have an Iraqi passport

but i was told i wont be issued a voa because i am 17 and under my fathers sponsorship where he should accompany me,

I dont need the visa anymore but I might need it in january in order to travel to qatar for the AFC CUP

and I live in dubai which is a gcc country and i have a residentship there so why would i need an entry visa :S

First of all Eid Mubarak to you.Secondly,you will have to ensure if you will be issued a VOA (visa on arrival) here in Doha.If no,then you need to have a valid passport and a entry visa into Qatar.Stay legal and stay safe.
