A small help needed dear Qler's VISA

Hi All,

Thank you for taking the time to read my post.
My wife and kid was sponsored by my Dad and was here for 6 5 months. They left back home. This time i will be sponsoring them to Qatar. I would like answer for 2 question;

1. Do they have to wait for 3 months to be over in order come back to qatar?
2. Will i be able to apply now, will there be a rejection?
