I have an employment visa for Qatar. I will be flying to Qatar on March 07, 2013 (tomorrow). Do I need Visa Message on Arrival? DO I need to ask my Employer to send a Visa Message to the Immigration?

entering Qatar with printed Visa is no problem, they wont even look at the visa they will just scan your passport and see that there is a corresponding visa in their system.

Exiting your country using this visa is the question, If your own country immigration will allow you to depart.

Depends which country you are coming from , it is not mentioned in your post.
